The Server Assistant position at Stanly Ranch is a vital role within the resort’s hospitality team. This position is designed for individuals who are attentive, proactive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. The Server Assistant supports the service team by ensuring smooth operations in the dining venues, anticipating guest needs, and facilitating a seamless dining experience for every patron. Responsibilities include assisting with setting up and clearing tables, delivering and refilling beverages, and responding to guest inquiries and special requests. By working collaboratively with servers and other staff members, the Server Assistant helps maintain high service standards, cleanliness, and sanitation, ensuring every guest’s visit is memorable and enjoyable.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Food Handler's Card (within 30 days of hire)
- RBS - Alcohol Training Certification (within 30 days of hire)
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills in English
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist servers in delivering beverages to tables, refilling drinks as needed, and ensuring guests have a positive and uninterrupted dining experience
- Assist guests as needed, including answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience
- Collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols
