Job Description

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection, is a distinguished resort situated in the southern expanse of Napa Valley’s famed wine-growing region. Spanning over 700 acres of scenic vineyards and farmland, the resort offers an exceptional blend of natural beauty and luxurious amenities. It is part of the Auberge Collection, a portfolio known for extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs that emphasize luxury paired with the authentic spirit of their locales. The resort features 135 bright and spacious cottage guestrooms and suites, each equipped with outdoor terraces boasting fire pits and scenic views of the Mayacamas Mountains. Beyond accommodations, Stanly Ranch extends exclusive ownership opportunities through a limited collection of Vineyard Homes and furnished Villas. The property hosts Halehouse, an Auberge spa, delivering specialized wellness treatments designed to help guests achieve their full potential. Additionally, its culinary offerings include three unique dining venues, notably Bear, a restaurant that celebrates local farmers and artisans through its menu. The resort also provides thrilling wine country adventures and immersive experiences that highlight the rich, century-old Napa Valley heritage. Since its evolution from a working ranch to a luxury destination, Stanly Ranch has embodied the casual, honest luxury of both culture and cultivation, making it a coveted destination for guests seeking an authentic yet refined experience.

The Barback position at Stanly Ranch plays a crucial role in supporting the lively and dynamic bar scene within this prestigious resort. Serving as the backbone of bar operations, the Barback ensures that every area of the bar is meticulously stocked, organized, and clean to maintain seamless service and create an inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities include replenishing beverage products such as beer, wine, liquor, and non-alcoholic options, as well as restocking supplies like ice, glassware, garnishes, and bar snacks. The Barback assists bartenders in drink preparation and customer service, supports continuous bar flow by changing kegs and managing restocks during peak hours, and maintains both guest service and work areas to the highest standards. The role demands energy, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth-operating bar environment. This position offers a starting pay rate of $18.40 per hour, with salary decisions based on qualifications such as experience and education. Working at Stanly Ranch means becoming part of a community committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience in one of the world’s most desirable wine country destinations.
