Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of bartending experience
  • Certified to serve alcohol
  • CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire
  • Ability to routinely and repetitively bend and lift more than 20 lbs
  • Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes to prepare cocktails and other drinks including garnish
  • Serve members and customers in a timely fashion checking identification accepting payment and answering questions
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar surface furniture equipment and return used dishware
  • Restock liquors wines beer non-alcoholic ingredients and replace beer barrels
  • Reconcile the bar's cash register at end of shift
