The organization seeks to hire a Social Skills Group Supervisor to support and oversee the clinical quality and operational functions of social skills groups. This is a full-time role with a starting salary of $78,000 per year. The supervisor will work under general supervision and is responsible for monitoring group capacity, providing caregiver training, and supervising direct reports. This role functions as a critical liaison between the organization, families, healthcare providers, and the community to ensure a seamless workflow of referral, screening, intervention, and participant transitions within the social skills services.
The Social Skills Group Supervisor is entrusted with managing a team of Social Skills associates, analyzing data to guide effective treatment decisions, and maintaining productivity standards established by Easterseals. Responsibilities include creating treatment plans, progress reports, and term reports for all social skills participants, leading caregiver training to meet goals during the authorized service period, and connecting families with community resources as needed. The supervisor is also responsible for attendance compliance, billing accuracy, and overseeing the trial exposure process to ensure group capacity is maintained above 80 percent across all assigned social skills groups.
In addition to direct clinical oversight, the supervisor manages administrative duties like maintaining materials, restocking supplies, managing data input and purge, and addressing inquiries from parents and associates. The role requires strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skills, along with excellent communication abilities to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. The position demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, good judgment, and the ability to interpret and implement policies and regulations.

Job Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Marriage Family Therapist (MFT) or licensed psychologist
- three years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
- one to two years of management experience
- specific locations require one to two years of telehealth treatment delivery experience and working with adults with ASD
- strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- good judgment and decision-making skills
- ability to maintain professionalism and customer service orientation
- effective oral and written communication skills
- discretion and confidentiality
- pass post-offer physical examination and TB test
- provide proof of required vaccinations or positive titer
- maintain driving record and auto insurance compliance
- obtain criminal record/fingerprint clearance
Job Qualifications
- Master’s degree in early childhood education, early childhood development, special education, psychology, or related field
- BCBA certification in good standing or MFT or licensed psychologist
- strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- expert knowledge of behavioral analytic methodologies
- ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures

Job Duties
