The BCBA Manager role at Maxim Healthcare Greensboro, NC, represents an exceptional leadership opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst ready to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team. As part of the leadership team, the BCBA Manager will be responsible for mentoring clinical supervisors, assessing staff performance through key performance indicators, and providing targeted development opportunities. The role requires collaboration with office leadership for staffing, business decisions, and client relationship management. The BCBA Manager also supports trainees pursuing certification and ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and contract requirements. Job Requirements

  • Active license or certification in behavioral field
  • Minimum four years of relevant experience in applied behavior analysis
  • At least two years experience in business line settings such as home, community, or schools
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to meet federal, state, local contract and program requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Experience in hiring, training, and employee development
  • Experience with regulatory or payer audits

Job Qualifications

  • Active license or certification in good standing in behavioral field (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst when applicable by state) and four years of experience in the applied behavior analysis field
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the business line setting (e.g. home, community, schools) and at least one year of supervisory experience is required
  • Experience supervising behavioral services for toddlers, children, and adults preferred
  • Must meet all federal, state, local contract and program requirements, in addition to internal certifications and training, as required
  • Experience in quality management and budget management preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in hiring, training and employee development
  • Experience in regulatory or payer audits or other required contracts
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Leads and mentors BCBA Clinical Supervisors, assessing performance and providing development opportunities based on key performance indicators and identified training needs
  • Responsible for the overall clinical care and quality of behavioral services provided to Maxim clients through observation, supervision, and mentoring of clinicians and collaboration with clients and their families
  • Partners with other office leadership to support appropriate levels of qualified staff, make business and marketing decisions, and develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Provides supervised fieldwork to trainees pursuing BCBA and BCaBA certification (or equivalent), and ongoing supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs (or equivalent)
  • Remains current and accountable with all industry regulations including federal, state, local contract and program requirements, and Maxim requirements
