Job Description
ABS Kids is a dynamic and mission-driven company dedicated to supporting children with autism and their families through high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Founded and led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ABS Kids prides itself on fostering a workplace culture where every team member's voice is valued, expertise is respected, and career growth is actively encouraged. This innovative organization has built its reputation on the foundation of providing compassionate care, ethical service delivery, and creating impactful moments that truly make a difference in the lives of the families it serves. With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ABS Kids celebrates the unique stories and perspectives of its employees, believing that a richer understanding and acceptance of differences helps everyone thrive both personally and professionally.
The company is currently seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA to join their expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the community while enjoying a flexible work schedule designed to keep you close to home with no weekends required. The salary for this position ranges from $82,500 to $94,500 annually, including a base salary plus an uncapped monthly bonus plan that rewards excellent performance. ABS Kids also offers a signing bonus and paid relocation assistance to candidates who qualify, further demonstrating its commitment to attracting top talent. Beyond competitive compensation, employees receive comprehensive benefits, such as medical, dental, vision insurance, an HSA, 401(k) with company match, and additional perks like a CEU stipend, cellphone and laptop allowances, and both short- and long-term disability insurance. One of the most attractive features is the generous paid time off policy that provides 25 paid days off in the first year, increasing to 30 in the second year.
In this BCBA role, you will be responsible for delivering ethical, client-centered ABA therapy to children with autism, helping them and their families achieve meaningful outcomes. You will manage a manageable caseload of 8-10 clients per behavior analyst, ensuring quality and personalized care. ABS Kids supports its team members with clinical and administrative resources, transparent communication, and a collaborative culture where your input helps shape programs and practices. Career advancement opportunities are abundant, including transfers across more than 20 centers, tailored growth paths to suit individual ambitions, and leadership retreats designed to foster ongoing development and peer collaboration. Furthermore, the organization provides support for BCBAs interested in supervising and mentoring future certifiers, reinforcing a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
ABS Kids' dedication to community involvement is evident through its participation in sensory-friendly events, Special Olympics, and local partnerships, creating avenues for employees to engage passionately outside of their direct clinical roles. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is excited to work with a team of like-minded professionals in an environment that values integrity, creativity, and collaboration. If you have a master’s degree and BCBA certification or are in the process of certification, and you share a passion for making a real impact, ABS Kids offers a fertile ground for your career to flourish while making a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
