This opportunity is for the position of a Commercial Concrete Foreman, a critical leadership role within BBC Foundation & Flatwork. The foreman will lead and manage field crews on commercial concrete foundation and flatwork projects throughout the local and regional markets. This full-time position involves hands-on leadership, with responsibilities that include reading and interpreting blueprints and site plans, setting and verifying grades, coordinating crew assignments, and overseeing daily operations to maintain safety, quality, and schedules. Candidates can expect to earn between $30 and $35+ per hour, depending on experience, with additional financial incentives such as sign-on bonuses, ongoing bonus opportunities, and overtime potential, especially during the busy concrete season. The Commercial Concrete Foreman will be pivotal in ensuring successful project execution, from initiation through completion.
