This role is for a Bay Host at the Topgolf venue in Lafayette, Louisiana. As a Bay Host, you will be the face of Topgolf, greeting guests with enthusiasm and ensuring they have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. The position focuses on creating a warm and welcoming environment, engaging customers with energy and positivity while providing attentive service. You will interact directly with players, helping them get the most out of their visit by recommending food, beverage, and gaming options that best suit their needs. This job requires working closely with a team of Playmakers to maintain an orderly, clean, and inviting atmosphere in the bays and throughout the venue.
