The Bay Host position at Topgolf is a dynamic role perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days are the same. The Bay Host welcomes Players with enthusiasm, shares detailed knowledge about Topgolf’s entertainment options, and recommends food and beverage choices to enhance their visit. They work closely with fellow Playmakers to maintain clean and organized bay areas, quickly take orders, and contribute to a fun and safe atmosphere. This role demands a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm and effective during busy periods. Moreover, previous experience serving food and beverages in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant settings will give candidates an advantage. This position requires physical stamina as it involves lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and moving around for long periods, and engaging in various active tasks throughout the shift. Candidates must be at least the legal age to serve alcohol where applicable.
