The Bay Host role involves more than just guest interaction. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bay areas, including clearing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring the space is safe and welcoming. Collaboration with fellow Playmakers (staff members) is key to ensuring smooth operations and delivering an outstanding player experience. Additionally, the role demands a commitment to safety and sanitation standards to uphold Topgolf's high-quality guest experience.

Physically, this role is active and engaging. You should be comfortable lifting items up to 50 pounds, remaining on your feet throughout the shift, and participating in a variety of physical tasks with endurance and a can-do attitude. Experience in food and beverage service, particularly in hospitality or entertainment settings, is highly valuable. Legal age requirements for serving alcohol must be met where applicable.
