Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing and being active on feet for most of the shift
- Ability to maintain endurance during long or physically demanding shifts
- Willingness to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Strong positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect the dots on why players are visiting and share Topgolf offerings
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to players
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations and take orders accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
- Work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable player experience
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained to provide a safe environment
