This role is focused on delivering exceptional guest service at the bay areas, where customers play interactive golf games. The position requires greeters and attendants to welcome guests, walk them through how to use Topgolf’s state-of-the-art technology, and provide timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bays is essential for safety and guest satisfaction, including clearing tables and collecting golf balls. The role demands a proactive approach to handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues professionally to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
