This role is focused on delivering exceptional guest service at the bay areas, where customers play interactive golf games. The position requires greeters and attendants to welcome guests, walk them through how to use Topgolf’s state-of-the-art technology, and provide timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bays is essential for safety and guest satisfaction, including clearing tables and collecting golf balls. The role demands a proactive approach to handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues professionally to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. - Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls
- Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience
