Topgolf is currently hiring for a Bay Host position at its Augusta location, a role crucial to delivering the exciting and entertaining experience that defines the brand. The Bay Host acts as the first point of contact for Players, enthusiastically welcoming them to their bays, and setting the tone for an unforgettable visit. This position involves a mix of customer service, hospitality, and operational duties, all focused on creating a memorable and seamless experience for every guest. Bay Hosts engage with visitors by recommending food, drinks, and gaming options tailored to their preferences, which helps boost overall sales while enhancing the customer journey.

The role demands a passionate, outgoing individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. With an emphasis on player-focused service, Bay Hosts provide top-notch food and beverage recommendations, promptly take and deliver orders, maintain clean and organized bay areas, and ensure the venue stays safe and inviting. They will work closely with fellow Playmakers to support each other in managing daily operations and resolving any concerns with a positive attitude. This role also requires physical stamina, given the demands of lifting, bending, being on feet for extended periods, and engaging actively in various tasks throughout a typical shift.
