Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- able to be on your feet for most of the shift
- comfortable performing active tasks and maintaining endurance in a high-volume environment
- excellent interpersonal communication skills
- willingness to work day, night, and weekend shifts

Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance experience and drive sales
- provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately
- keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
- maintain strong T-line presence and work with fellow playmakers to deliver an unforgettable player experience
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards to keep the environment clean and safe
