Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and be active for the majority of the shift
- Availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- Experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Must demonstrate endurance and can-do attitude in a high-volume setting

- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect the dots on why guests are visiting and share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to visitors
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations
- Take orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables and refilling drinks
- Maintain a welcoming space ensuring players have everything they need
- Be readily available with a strong presence working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers
- Stick to safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with keeping the bay clean and safe
