This role is for a Bay Host at Topgolf, a position foundational to delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing the bay areas where guests enjoy the Topgolf games and services. The Bay Host is responsible for warmly greeting and assisting guests, ensuring they understand how to use the Topgolf technology to maximize their enjoyment. They take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately, maintain cleanliness and organization in the bay and surrounding areas, and promptly address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a dedication to creating memorable experiences aligned with Topgolf's core values of fun, teamwork, excellence, edgy spirit, and caring. Employment is tip eligible with a pay range that can include a minimum and maximum of 12.00 per hour, highlighting the earning potential through customer interactions.
