The role of a Topgolf Bay Host is essential to delivering the signature Topgolf experience. This position involves welcoming guests warmly to the bays, ensuring they feel valued and well-informed about the various offerings available. The Bay Host is responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently and ensuring the bay areas remain clean and organized throughout the visit. They assist guests with setting up the bays and provide guidance on using Topgolf’s innovative technology to enhance their gameplay. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial in this role, as Bay Hosts must handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Working in a fast-paced environment, the Bay Host collaborates closely with other team members to foster a welcoming and energetic atmosphere, contributing to an enjoyable and memorable experience for every guest. This position requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the peak times of guest visits. Additionally, the Bay Host must comply with safety and health regulations to ensure the wellbeing of guests and staff alike. Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests to the bays providing information about Topgolf offerings
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas including clearing tables and picking up golf balls
  • Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience
