The role of a Bay Host at Topgolf is central to delivering exceptional experiences to Guests, known as Players. This hourly position welcomes Players to their bays with enthusiasm and energy, ensuring every visit is memorable. The Bay Host is responsible for understanding the Players' needs and recommending food, drinks, and gaming options that enhance their overall experience.
