This role is for a Bay Host at the Mobile, Alabama venue, which is a critical position in delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring an enjoyable play environment. The Bay Host is responsible for welcoming guests with high energy and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their visit. This role goes beyond basic customer service by actively engaging with guests to share all that Topgolf has to offer, including gaming options, food, and beverages, enhancing the overall experience through thoughtful recommendations and suggestive selling. The Bay Host ensures bays are clean and organized, quickly and accurately takes orders, refills drinks, and promptly clears tables to maintain a welcoming and seamless environment. Working closely with fellow Playmakers, the Bay Host fosters a team-oriented atmosphere to provide exceptional guest experiences, from setting up bays to resolving any issues with a positive attitude.
