Job Requirements
- Ability to perform primary job functions satisfactorily

- at least one year experience in hospitality or related field
- food safety certification if applicable

- CPR certification
- physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform cleaning
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience in hospitality or related service position preferred
- food safety certified if applicable
- professional and friendly manner with excellent customer service skills
- strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
- self-motivated and initiative-taking
- well organized and detail oriented
- CPR certified
- knowledge of company policies
- ability to read, understand, and communicate information effectively in writing and orally
- ability to utilize club software and email communication tools
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests upon arrival to the club
- check members in by verifying their membership
- ensure all guests complete guest registration waivers and pay applicable fees
- book appointments, programs, and class reservations
- provide information on club programming and facilities
- deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and associates
- represent the club professionally through image, dress, and communication
- operate cash register and process payments
- manage and balance cash drawer
- perform opening and closing duties
- answer and transfer phone calls
- create and serve food and beverage items
- promote daily specials and upgrades
- maintain clean and safe work environment
- provide pool deck hospitality including greeting, seating, and serving food and drinks
- refill and maintain refreshment stations
- assist with towel operation
- audit parked cars and perform garage duties
- assist in cleaning and stocking club areas
- perform detail cleaning and preventive maintenance
- maintain janitorial supplies
- assist with laundry functions
- communicate timely and participate in club events and training
- work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
