Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain laboratory materials conversion equipment such as roll cutters, slot-die coaters, lamination presses, laser cutters, and punches
  • Prepare materials for prototyping including mixing, laminating, and adhesion processes
  • Support dry-room operations including handling of solvents and electrolyte filling
  • Perform in-process quality checks and record process data in logs and software systems
  • Assist with equipment setup, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration
  • Safely handle chemicals, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain compliance with safety and environmental protocols
  • Collaborate with engineers and scientists to provide feedback on process performance and sample quality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in conversion workflows and laboratory operations
