As a Spa Concierge, you will be the first point of contact, responsible for welcoming guests warmly and confirming the details of their visit. Your role involves much more than basic check-in and check-out procedures; you will be instrumental in crafting memorable experiences by guiding guests through spa enhancements and retail options, thereby elevating their overall journey. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the entire service team and driving spa performance through attentive customer service and sales. The role features hourly pay ranging from $11.00 to $13.00 plus commission incentives based on retail and enhancement sales, providing a direct link between your efforts and your earnings. Successful candidates will exhibit a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
