Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
excellent communication skills
basic computer literacy
sales-oriented mindset
positive attitude and team player

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and manage time effectively
sales experience is an asset
proficiency with basic computer software and booking systems

Job Duties

greet and welcome guests upon arrival
confirm appointment details and assist with check-in and check-out processes
guide guests through available enhancements and retail options to maximize their spa experience
support spa service team by coordinating guest needs and appointments
handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
contribute to achieving spa sales goals through effective recommendation of products and services
maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
