ECOS is currently hiring for a full-time Batchmaker/Compounder position at their Cypress, CA location with a starting pay of $23 per hour.

The Batchmaker/Compounder role is vital in ensuring the accurate and safe mixing of all production batches according to the production schedule and order requirements. This position involves following detailed recipe instructions, maintaining strict quality control standards, and collaborating closely with Chemists and Lab Technicians to maintain product integrity. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking batch samples for quality checks, labeling and storing raw materials properly, reporting any formula or equipment issues, and keeping the batch area clean and organized in compliance with safety regulations. Other responsibilities include coordinating with the Purchasing department for raw material requisitions and responding promptly to equipment breakdowns. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
