Job Description

Refresco is the world’s largest independent bottler for retailers and A-brands, distributing a wide range of beverage products across Europe and North America. As a key player in the beverage production industry, Refresco operates numerous production sites that manufacture high-quality drinks which may not carry the Refresco brand but are widely recognized and enjoyed by consumers globally. The company prides itself on innovation, solution-based approaches, and constantly seeking new challenges to maintain its leading position in this fast-paced and dynamic market. Their vision is ambitious - to put their drinks on every table, and their success is fueled by passionate employees who push the boundaries of what’s possible in good manufacturing practices, food safety, and product quality. Refresco’s company ethos revolves around continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a commitment to customer satisfaction through rigorous quality control and food safety standards.

This role is centered around the operation of batching and blending equipment to support beverage production, ensuring the consistent quality and safety of the drink products. The position is vital within the production environment, requiring adherence to health and safety policies, food quality standards, and warehouse protocols to maintain the integrity of the beverages produced. Candidates will receive training and certification to operate batching and blending machinery, and will be responsible for handling ingredients, programming delivery systems, and conducting quality testing through laboratory collaboration. Shift work, including weekends and holidays, is required to support continuous production schedules with overtime as necessary. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-pressure setting, enjoy teamwork, and have a penchant for maintaining high standards in a food manufacturing context. Forklift certification is essential, and the ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks is required.
