- 1+ year of manufacturing, production, or batching experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills
- Reliable and consistent attendance

- Basic math skills (measuring, weights, conversions)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in food or beverage production environment
- Familiarity with GMP standards and sanitation procedures
- Forklift or material handling experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients or materials according to batch sheets and formulas
- Follow production instructions with high accuracy and consistency
- Operate batching equipment, mixers, and scales safely and efficiently
- Monitor batches during production to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure all products meet required specifications and quality standards
- Maintain accurate batch records and documentation
- Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
- Report any inconsistencies, defects, or material issues
- Stage and prepare raw materials for production use
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
- Support inventory tracking and material usage reporting
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals
