The role available is for a Batcher within the production team. The Batcher is a critical position responsible for supporting the manufacturing operations by accurately measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients and materials as per batch instructions. This ensures consistent product quality and smooth production flow. The position requires meticulous attention to detail to follow batch sheets and production formulas with precision. Working hours for this role are on a Wednesday and Thursday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, reflecting a full-time commitment with a rate of $22.00 per hour.
In this role, you will operate batching equipment, mixers, and scales safely and efficiently while monitoring batch processes to maintain quality standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of batch production and adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety rules, and sanitation guidelines. The Batcher will collaborate closely with other production team members to meet daily output goals and support inventory tracking.
