Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years experience operating or supervising portable concrete batch plants
  • knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
  • strong leadership abilities
  • mechanical aptitude
  • ability to work extended hours and travel
  • valid driver's license
  • proficiency in computer and documentation tasks

Job Qualifications

  • experience operating or supervising portable concrete batch plants
  • knowledge of concrete production, mix designs, batching systems, and quality control procedures
  • experience with heavy civil, DOT, FAA, or Corps of Engineers projects preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred
  • ability to work extended hours and travel as required by project needs
  • proficient computer and documentation skills
  • valid driver's license required
  • CDL preferred but not required

Job Duties
