The Event Director role at Prep Network is a key leadership position focused on delivering outstanding athletic events within a specific region. As an Event Director, you will take charge of all facets of event execution, ensuring each tournament or showcase runs smoothly from start to finish. Collaborating closely with the Event Operations Team, you will be responsible for managing logistics, overseeing staffing, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism, safety, and inclusivity. This position requires a dynamic individual who can coordinate multiple moving parts seamlessly while fostering an environment that supports athletes, spectators, and staff. Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of on-site event execution from setup to teardown
  • Collaborate closely with the Event Operations Team on logistics, staffing, and resource alignment
  • Maintain Prep Network’s standards for professionalism, safety, and inclusivity throughout events
  • Manage event staff, schedules, and communication to ensure a high-quality participant experience
  • Achieve and maintain a score of 9 or higher on the event scorecard indicating consistent event excellence
  • Oversee problem-solving and swift resolution of challenges during events
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for athletes, coaches, spectators, and staff
