Employees are eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Program after one year of service, assuming a minimum of 20 hours worked per week. Red Robin offers flexible scheduling to accommodate team members’ needs, alongside a 50% employee dining discount and a 25% discount for family members. Eligible employees aged 18 and older have access to comprehensive insurance options, including health, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage.
