Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • As a Brass Social team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive a great product, great service and an exceptional dining experience
  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately
  • Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are complete before they are served to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service
  • Adhere to food safety standards and proper handling techniques at all times
  • Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any needs or concerns they may have
  • Support banquet and catering events as needed, ensuring that all food is presented beautifully and served promptly
  • Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order tracking when necessary
