Job Description

The SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH, is seeking a Bartender / Server / Cashier to join their Food and Beverage department. The role reports to the Management Team and includes various duties such as greeting guests, preparing items for sale, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety procedures.

Job Requirements

6 months customer service experience required
food and beverage experience preferred
high school diploma or equivalent desired. Good oral communication skills
excellent hospitality and customer service skills
desire to work as a team
mature judgment and professionalism. Alcohol Service Training Certificate (TIPS, TEAMS, ServSafe) required. Must be able to lift over 30 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible part-time schedule including long shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays on an on-call basis.
