We are currently seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our team. This is a paid, in-person role that offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with guests, showcasing your hospitality skills and enhancing their experiences. As a Bartender/Server at our establishment, you will be the face of our hospitality, delivering exceptional service while expertly preparing and serving beverages and food. Your role involves greeting guests warmly and providing attentive service that makes each visit special, whether in the bustling nightclub, during an elegant banquet, or within our fine dining setting. You will take orders accurately using modern POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, prepare and serve drinks responsibly while adhering to food safety and alcohol serving regulations, and efficiently handle cash and cashier duties with precision.

In addition to these primary responsibilities, you will maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and in dining areas, follow strict food handling standards, and actively upsell menu items to boost sales without compromising guest satisfaction. Collaboration with other team members is crucial during busy shifts, banquet events, and catered functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitoring guest behavior to promote safety and compliance with food industry and responsible alcohol service policies is also a key part of your role. This position not only allows you to apply your bartending experience but also offers valuable opportunities to develop sales techniques, time management, and customer engagement skills in a fast-paced environment.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $12.00 to $30.00 per hour, reflecting experience and performance.
