Job Requirements
- minimum 5 years year of bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- passion for and good knowledge of craft beer and guest service
- ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- responsible beverage service certification required (RRBC can provide training)
- california food safety certification required (RRBC can provide training)
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Qualifications

- excellent attention to detail and sound judgment

- comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
- responsible beverage service certification required (RRBC can provide training)
- california food safety certification required (RRBC can provide training)
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- bilingual skills are a plus
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and assist with seating as needed
- take food and beverage orders accurately and courteously
- maintain strong knowledge of beer selections, menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing
- serve beer, beverages, and food in a kind, professional and timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout shifts, including opening and closing duties
- verify guest age and follow all state liquor regulations and responsible beverage service practices
- monitor guest alcohol consumption and respond appropriately when needed
- process payments accurately and responsibly using the POS system
- assist guests with merchandise, growlers, and packaged beer to-go purchases
- stock and maintain bar inventory including glassware, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and supplies
- resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
- support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
- additional duties as assigned
