We are seeking energetic and dependable individuals to join our team as bartenders/servers, available in both full-time and part-time capacities. Candidates must have a passion for delivering exceptional food and beverages in a lively yet refined setting that prioritizes guest experience above all else. As a bartender/server at The Melting Pot, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable guest experiences by expertly recommending food and drinks while delivering efficient, attentive service. This role also requires a strong knowledge of craft cocktails, beers, and wines, alongside the ability to prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages following established recipes. You will engage with guests to provide educated recommendations that enhance their dining experience and ensure their satisfaction through regular check-ins. The ability to handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently is fundamental, as is monitoring inventory and assisting in ordering bar supplies to avoid interruptions in service. Staying informed about industry trends and new cocktail recipes is encouraged to keep the bar offerings fresh and exciting.
