- Previous bartending experience preferred

Job Duties
- Understand our culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience
- Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with each guest regularly and anticipating their needs
- Complete side work and other responsibilities during and after your shift
- Go above and beyond in helping coworkers achieve the ultimate goal of giving each guest a perfect night out
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about drink selections
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed
- Uphold high standards of customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Stay updated on industry trends and new Melting Pot cocktail recipes to enhance the drink menu
