The company’s success is deeply rooted in a strong service culture that prioritizes authentic hospitality, respect, and a commitment to meeting the needs of both internal team members and external guests. This culture fosters an environment of growth, collaboration, and genuine care that has made SHG a trusted leader in hospitality management.
Joining Schulte Hospitality Group means becoming part of a dynamic team of passionate hoteliers and restaurateurs dedicated to excellence. SHG focuses heavily on creating an inclusive, employee-centered workplace where associates are empowered, engaged, and motivated to grow professionally. The company uniquely values its people as its greatest asset, supporting continuous development through career advancement opportunities and a rewarding work culture.
The role of Bartender at SHG is critical for delivering the company’s mission of outstanding service and hospitality. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with guests and providing superior customer service in a fast-paced, vibrant setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks accurately according to bar standards while ensuring compliance with all alcohol regulations and safety protocols. The role requires attention to detail, a thorough knowledge of alcohol service, and the ability to create a welcoming and satisfying experience for all patrons.
Beyond drink preparation, bartenders at SHG play a vital role in maintaining a safe drinking environment by monitoring guests for overconsumption and intervening when necessary. You will also manage monetary transactions, maintain cleanliness standards, and help secure the bar area at the end of each shift. The position is typically eligible for tips and includes comprehensive training and certification opportunities to help you excel in your role.
In addition to rewarding work experiences, SHG offers an impressive benefits package designed to support employee well-being and work-life balance. This includes immediate access to free telemedicine and virtual mental health services, multiple health and life insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid parental leave, paid time off, holiday pay, pet insurance, and access to an employee assistance program. Employees also enjoy exclusive savings through the Schulte Savings Marketplace, which offers discounts on event tickets, electronics, gym memberships, and more.
SHG’s commitment to its team extends beyond just benefits; it offers a positive and flexible work environment where you can thrive professionally while feeling part of a team that values authenticity, respect, and service excellence. Whether you are seeking an opportunity to build your hospitality career or to contribute your expertise in bartending, Schulte Hospitality Group provides a platform for success and fulfillment within a rapidly growing and respected hospitality management company.
