The establishment is currently seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Service/Bartender to join their dynamic team. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $34.00 per hour, inclusive of tips. As a Service/Bartender at Cilantro Thai & Sushi, you will be the face of the restaurant’s beverage service, welcoming guests with genuine hospitality and contagious positive energy. Your responsibilities will include taking food and drink orders accurately, expertly mixing and serving classic cocktails, beer, wine, and house favorites, and working closely with the entire service team to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar and service area will be part of your daily routine to uphold the restaurant’s high standards.

This position demands excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a calm demeanor under pressure, especially during busy dinner rushes. Experience in bartending or serving is required, and knowledge of Thai food and sushi is considered a bonus. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a current alcohol service certification to meet legal requirements.
