Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age as per local regulations
experience in bartending preferably in fine dining nightclub or live music venues
knowledge of mixology and bartending techniques
ability to provide excellent customer service and work efficiently under pressure
familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Aloha
availability to work flexible part-time hours
knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining nightclub live music venues or catering environments is highly desirable
strong knowledge of bartending techniques drink recipes and mixology principles
familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage
excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to work well under pressure
strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
knowledge of food safety practices related to beverage preparation and service
must be at least 21 years of age as per local regulations

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests taking orders and addressing inquiries
utilize Toast POS system for processing orders and payments efficiently
collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders
adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
assist with catering events as needed
upsell drink specials and menu items to enhance sales opportunities
