Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age as per local regulations
- experience in bartending preferably in fine dining nightclub or live music venues
- knowledge of mixology and bartending techniques
- ability to provide excellent customer service and work efficiently under pressure
- familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Aloha
- availability to work flexible part-time hours
- knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining nightclub live music venues or catering environments is highly desirable
- strong knowledge of bartending techniques drink recipes and mixology principles
- familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage
- excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to work well under pressure
- strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- knowledge of food safety practices related to beverage preparation and service
- must be at least 21 years of age as per local regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests taking orders and addressing inquiries
- utilize Toast POS system for processing orders and payments efficiently
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders
- adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assist with catering events as needed
- upsell drink specials and menu items to enhance sales opportunities
