Job Requirements

  • Have experience in bartending or serving
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of OSHA and health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work day and night shifts
  • Must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties

  • Run opening, mid, and closing shifts as the Manager-On-Duty (MOD) for 1-2 shifts a week, plus more as needed by management team
  • Address any and all guest issues while acting as the MOD
  • Avoid legal challenges by conforming to the regulations of the alcoholic beverage commission
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
  • Comply with legal regulations
  • Secure revenues
  • Maintain ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement
  • Monitor food presentation and service
