Job Requirements
- Have experience in bartending or serving
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA and health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work day and night shifts
- Must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties
- Run opening, mid, and closing shifts as the Manager-On-Duty (MOD) for 1-2 shifts a week, plus more as needed by management team
- Address any and all guest issues while acting as the MOD
- Avoid legal challenges by conforming to the regulations of the alcoholic beverage commission
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
- Comply with legal regulations
- Secure revenues
- Maintain ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement
- Monitor food presentation and service
