Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
- Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Passion for food, beverages, and guest service
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation preferred
- Previous experience as a server preferred
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to bar guests
- Handle multiple orders efficiently while ensuring quality
- Understand and recommend drink menus including fine wines and cocktails
- Comply with state laws and company policies regarding alcohol service
- Assist with inventory management and bar restocking as needed
