This specific role is for a Bartender who will play a pivotal part in enhancing the Player experience by delivering exceptional beverage service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The Bartender at Topgolf does more than mix drinks; they serve as an ambassador of fun, creating welcoming interactions and personal connections that make each visit special. This position involves greeting Players with enthusiasm and personality, recommending and upselling signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades, and maintaining a clean, stocked bar area that meets safety and sanitation standards. Candidates must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout their shifts, as the role requires standing for most of the day and moving between various tasks.
