We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders to join the Punch Bowl Social crew. The employment is hourly with a starting rate of $11.41 plus tips, providing a flexible schedule to cater to various lifestyle needs. Our bartenders are pivotal in creating lasting impressions by crafting high-quality drinks and ensuring guests feel special throughout their visit. Training is provided to equip every team member with the necessary knowledge and skills, but successful candidates will ideally possess foundational skills such as a guest-centered attitude, strong communication abilities, and teamwork spirit.

Bartenders at Punch Bowl Social have a unique role that combines creativity with operational excellence. You will be working alongside like-minded individuals who share your passion for craft beverages and guest engagement. Your duties include mastering the beverage program, upholding brand standards, and ensuring each guest receives exceptional service at the bar. Attention to detail is critical — from maintaining cleanliness, managing cash properly, to utilizing the Aloha POS system for order and payment processing. This position demands individuals who can thrive in busy, social environments and who enjoy interacting with guests to enhance their experiences. Experience in high-volume restaurant or bar settings is ideal but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. The right attitude and eagerness to learn are highly valued traits within our team. Moreover, since serving alcohol responsibly is a fundamental aspect of the role, candidates must be at least 21 years old to apply.
