Job Duties

  • greet guests upon arrival
  • explain the menu and drink options
  • prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages
  • ring in all transactions accurately
  • engage guests throughout their visit to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • mentor barbacks and assist floor staff as needed
  • manage mise en place duties including garnish and syrup production
  • perform traditional wine service and beer pouring
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage menu
  • collaborate with team members to enhance the guest experience
