Job Duties
- greet guests upon arrival
- explain the menu and drink options
- prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages
- ring in all transactions accurately
- engage guests throughout their visit to create a welcoming atmosphere
- mentor barbacks and assist floor staff as needed
- manage mise en place duties including garnish and syrup production
- perform traditional wine service and beer pouring
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage menu
- collaborate with team members to enhance the guest experience
