Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 - 3 years of bartending experience in an upscale restaurant or upscale bar
extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beer and cocktail preparation techniques
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
formal bartending education or certification
experience with point-of-sale systems
knowledge of wine pairings and food and beverage service

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency
possess an extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beer and cocktails, including classic and contemporary creations
provide expert recommendations based on guests' preferences and food pairings
maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware is spotless
manage inventory and place orders for liquor, beer, wine and other bar supplies
adhere to all liquor laws and regulations, including age verification and responsible serving
