Job Requirements
- Prior experience working in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
- knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes

Job Qualifications

- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills preferred
- certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS certification) may be required, depending on local regulations
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, friendly service at the bar
- accurately take drink and occasionally food orders
- mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- monitor alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary (per company policy)
- keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked during and after shifts
- wash and properly store glassware and bar tools
- process payments, issue receipts, and balance the till at end of shift
- restock beer, spirits, garnishes, and other bar essentials
- follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures
- communicate effectively with floor staff, kitchen staff, and management
- handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- assist with closing duties, including cleaning and securing the bar
