Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Bartender/Mixologist will take center stage at the resort’s iconic rooftop rotating bar, delivering expertly crafted cocktails and outstanding guest service. This role requires a seasoned mixologist who not only possesses a passion for creating beverage masterpieces but also embraces the responsibility of elevating the overall guest experience. As the face of the bar, the candidate will be tasked with preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing personalized drink recommendations tailored to guest preferences, and maintaining the bar area to the highest health and resort standards. The Bartender/Mixologist will also actively participate in ongoing professional training programs to refine skills and stay current with evolving beverage trends and menu enhancements. Key responsibilities include setting up the bar according to the resort’s five-star standards, performing essential bar prep like cutting fruit and preparing garnishes, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times, and expertly handling transactions using the InfoGenesis point of sale system. Moreover, the role demands excellent communication skills for seamless coordination with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members, plus the ability to recognize and respond to guests’ needs promptly and courteously. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED recommended
  • some college experience or degree recommended
  • must be TIPS certified or become certified within 30 days of hire
  • must have a current Food Handlers card
  • previous bartending experience in a professional setting is preferred

  • must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English
