Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Bartender/Mixologist will take center stage at the resort’s iconic rooftop rotating bar, delivering expertly crafted cocktails and outstanding guest service. This role requires a seasoned mixologist who not only possesses a passion for creating beverage masterpieces but also embraces the responsibility of elevating the overall guest experience. As the face of the bar, the candidate will be tasked with preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing personalized drink recommendations tailored to guest preferences, and maintaining the bar area to the highest health and resort standards. The Bartender/Mixologist will also actively participate in ongoing professional training programs to refine skills and stay current with evolving beverage trends and menu enhancements. Key responsibilities include setting up the bar according to the resort’s five-star standards, performing essential bar prep like cutting fruit and preparing garnishes, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times, and expertly handling transactions using the InfoGenesis point of sale system.
