Job Description

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is a distinguished collection of luxury hotels and resorts that prides itself on offering unique and memorable experiences to guests worldwide. Unlike typical hotel chains, Noble House properties are not one-size-fits-all; each location is meticulously designed to reflect its own character, charm, and local culture. The unifying factor among these exceptional hotels is the passion and dedication of their people, who embody core values of caring, integrity, and respect. The company has built a reputation for providing exceptional service, with a commitment to making every guest's stay a delightful and meaningful experience.

Nestled on the private Redondo Beach peninsula, The Portofino Hotel is one such jewel in the Noble House portfolio. This hotel offers an exquisite blend of comfort, luxury, and scenic beauty, featuring 168 guest rooms, multiple food and beverage outlets, banquet facilities, guest activities, and a 188-slip marina. Located just minutes away from the vibrant communities of Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Manhattan Beach, the hotel provides a prime South Bay location that is ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Guests enjoy a relaxing yet dynamic environment filled with a variety of amenities designed to enrich their stay.

As a Bartender at The Portofino Hotel, you will play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience by crafting signature beverage masterpieces that delight and impress. This role places you at the heart of the action, where your skills, creativity, and personality directly impact the satisfaction and enjoyment of both hotel guests and the local community. Every drink you prepare will be an opportunity to create unforgettable moments, making your position highly visible and influential within the hospitality team.

Successful bartenders at Noble House are more than just beverage experts; they are people connectors who thrive on building genuine relationships and delivering personalized service. This role requires a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, reliability, and a sincere desire to care for others. You will find yourself in a fast-paced, dynamic setting where problem-solving and excellent communication are key to keeping operations smooth and guests happy.

The company offers a competitive compensation package that includes competitive hourly pay plus tips, health benefits, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, a matching 401(k) plan, paid time off, complimentary meals, and parking. Additionally, employees enjoy discounted rates across the Noble House Hotels and Resorts portfolio, career development opportunities, and comprehensive learning programs designed to support professional growth and advancement within the hospitality industry.

The Portofino Hotel fosters a welcoming and inclusive working environment where diversity is celebrated, and every team member is encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work. Noble House Hotels & Resorts is committed to equal employment opportunities, ensuring that team members are selected and advanced based solely on their qualifications, experience, and performance.
