The Bartender role at Bar Louie is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly pay range starting from $2.13 to $7.25 per hour plus tips, along with various benefits. Bartenders are central to the guest experience, responsible for bringing energy, skill, and personality to the bar area. Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One year of bartending experience
  • Current alcohol and food certification
  • Proficiency with POS systems
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish verbally
  • Good customer service skills
