Job Requirements

High school diploma
3+ years of previous experience working as a bartender
Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
2+ years of previous experience working as a cocktail server
Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Ability to use computer systems for order processing
Ability to lift trays weighing up to 30 pounds
Ability to exert mobility continuously during shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma
3+ years of previous experience working as a bartender
Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license
Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic and energetic
Must be able to stand for 8 hours
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
2+ years of previous experience working as a cocktail server
Strong knowledge of beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
Must be able to lift trays of beverage items weighing up to 30 pounds
Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours

Job Duties

Responsible for overall cleanliness and appearance of the bar area
Prepares beverages for servers and serves beverages to guests in a quick, efficient, friendly and professional manner
Multi-tasks several orders at once
Ensures that guests are served in accordance to State and local guidelines regarding the service of alcohol
Processes payments
Maintains inventory of the bar
Answers general customer inquiries as needed
Takes orders and serves beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner using suggestive selling techniques
Is able to take care of several orders at once
Describes all beverage items, prices and methods of preparation
Controls guest checks to secure proper payment
All other duties as needed
