We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Bartender/Bottle Service Specialist to join our dynamic hospitality team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining impeccable presentation and quality standards. You will also provide personalized bottle service to VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally, which is essential for maintaining a premium guest experience. Job Requirements
- Must have proven 1-year experience in lounge or nightclub environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance suitable for hospitality settings
Job Qualifications
- Proven 1-year experience in lounge, or nightclub environments
- Fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, energetic manner
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving drinks, taking orders, and handling payments
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Previous experience with catering or retail math is advantageous
- Familiarity with brewing or food industry standards is beneficial
- Must possess strong communication skills and a professional appearance suitable for hospitality settings
Job Duties
