The position involves preparing coffee, espresso, and matcha drinks, as well as batching fresh juices and smoothies to support our health-conscious clientele. Additionally, you will be mixing and serving alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and wine, ensuring each drink is prepared with care and presented with hospitality. The role demands maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area while providing outstanding customer service during busy hours and special events throughout the parade and festival season. This position is open for both full-time and part-time applicants, with a competitive starting salary beginning at $9.00 per hour plus tips. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or barista position preferred
- Ability to prepare coffee and alcoholic beverages
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events
- Ability to handle cash and POS systems
