The role in question is a Bar Team Member, responsible for preparing and serving beverages in a bar setting within various Levy venues. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and serving drinks promptly and courteously. The position demands a thorough understanding and adherence to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations to ensure the responsible serving of alcoholic beverages. Key to success in this role is maintaining an organized and well-stocked bar, preparing garnishes, juices, and perishables to maintain beverage quality, and handling payment processing accurately.

Additionally, the Bar Team Member will ensure cleanliness and safety in their work area, including washing and sterilizing glassware and maintaining attractive bar displays. Recognizing signs of intoxication and acting according to training is critical in promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. This role requires someone who is attentive, friendly, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
