Proven experience as a bartender, bar lead, or similar role in a high-volume bar or restaurant
Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and bar management
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender, bar lead, or similar role in a high-volume bar or restaurant

Job Duties

Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience
Craft and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies
Train, mentor, and lead bar staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Engage with guests, building relationships and promoting a welcoming atmosphere
